Privacy Policy

Because we need to have this information for administering the services you are requesting, and to keep everyone safe and informed and protect our own business, this information is a condition of service for entry to our events and classes.

How do we collect it?

We collect this information via Registration forms provided by our our CRM software and physical participation waiver forms.  For class and event registration, we collect this information at the time of registration for the class or event.

For potential interested participants who have not yet registered for lessons or events, we provide voluntary contact forms on our website.

What do we use it for?

First and foremost, we use this information to identify you when you check in for our classes and events. We do this for legal, safety, and loss prevention reasons described above.

We use this information internally to provide improved customer service and communicate customer requests and concerns between team members. Having a customer account makes the check-in process at events quicker and smoother for everyone in attendance.

Where do we keep it?

We keep physical waivers in a locked room to which only staff members have access. We keep these copies for 10 years as required by law to provide proof of consent.

We use a third party CRM software (Momence) to store our client information digitally. Our service provider protects data with several layers of encryption security.

Who has access to or uses it?

Studio-G staff members have access to client account information for the purposes of providing our services (tracking attendance, providing class videos and updates, and assisting you with registrations and account questions).

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your information to any third parties. We only share the minimum necessary information with our own service providers for the sole purpose of providing the services you have requested and creating a positive customer experience.
